Ross Stringer A self-taught painter currently living in Helensville, Ross is not a prolific artist. He prefers to take his time in producing a work of art, be it realistic or surrealistic. His favored topics include NZ Heritage sites/scenes and NZ endemic birds. His view of Tiritiri Matangi Lighthouse on a textured board is extraordinary for its ‘differentness’. He shows a considered daring not often displayed.
