Lorna Allen
A
self-taught artist, Lorna paints with a goal to sharing the ‘WOW!’ factor with
and to illicit an emotional response from the viewer.
She travels
regularly, looking for and finding inspiration in NZ, Europe and the UK.
A member of
several arts organizations, Lorna is active in her community and besides
painting, indulges in writing poetry and lately in illustrating children’s
books.
She is now
able to devote herself to art and painting, after bringing up her family of
three and working full time outside the home.
