Paul Bradford Paul lives and works in Cobden near Greymouth on the West Coast of the South Island. He sources his Nephrite Jade locally. A proud Ngai Tahu tribal member, Paul retains his *Toi iho* designation each year with his fresh avante garde approach to carving of traditional materials. He is open to commissions of more traditional Maori designs. When you buy a *Toi iho* artists’ work, you are buying something that not only has its own number and is original, but its members are rigorously monitored for the high quality of work they produce. The artist must reapply each year for the privilege of using the designation.
