Eric Nation With a graduate degree in Studio Furniture and a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design, Eric has taught Furniture Design at Mesa College in San Diego and the California College of Art, in San Francisco. He was Artist in Residence at San Diego State in 2004, and presented at the Furniture Society Conference. In 2005, Eric and his wife Tina (a highly qualified nurse) sailed around the world with ‘Semestre at Sea’, a 100 day adventure taking them to 10 countries. In 2006 they travelled to NZ for the first time and promptly fell in love with the country. Returning to NZ in 2007 to participate in ‘Collaboration New Zealand’, he and Tina moved to a small farm in Northland where Eric maintains a Furniture Studio. Since 1987 Eric has also continued as an architectural designer and builder, creating a variety of projects in the American Midwest, Southern California and New Zealand. Price Indication $300 - $400
